The location of the hotel was fine even though it wasn't close to I-90. I selected this location for its better price over hotels near the interstate. The lobby was above average. The room and bathroom was pleasing, clean and set up adequately. The lady working the Bistro the morning of 7/2 was pleasant, efficient and expressed the impression that she liked working with customers. The ladies working at the registration desk were welcoming. The parking was close.

Son traveling and had a nail in tire. Luckily was right next to this courtyard.Tried to call direct so I would get the AARP or military discount.Was unable to get someone online or at the front desk to give me the discount.Greatful to have a safe place for my son and grandaughter but disappointed I could not get any discount.Im retired with a limited income. I was only there for one night. The Hotel has an excellent location within Syracuse. The room was great, and parking convenient. Price is pretty reasonable. Service at the hotel's Starbuck's was great. Would stay here again.
